Refund policy

At Hintime Store, we strive to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only within 2 days from the date of delivery and only in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The package is intact

  • The product has not been opened, used, or tampered with

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all labels and accessories

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided

Returns will not be accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

 

Return Approval Process

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

To request a return, you must email us at support@hintimestore.com within 2 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will notify you whether your return request has been approved.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be sent to the address provided in the return approval email.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the return being rejected.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items opened or used

  • Items returned after the 2-day window

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately once the return process is completed.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the approved return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
